account too young to get a server key

i am trying to run a server to run some black ops 2 zombies with some friends, and since i no longer remember any of the credentials of an old account i use to have i ask if its possible if i could recieve help/if there is any work arounds

You don't need a server to play with friends if you're saying that
As for the account thing, just wait for 24 hours * 7 like everyone else
