Unfair ban

please i ask for an unban, its a mistake haven t done anything wrong that would,I was playing and suddenly it kicks me out of the game and tells me that I am banned for 15 days please I need help

They do not accept ban appeals. Even if you do say that, how do we not know that your words are guaranteed true? Whatever you did triggered the anti-cheat they had in place. 15 days mean you were banned once, then tried to bypass it with an alternate account, which only extended your ban. If caught triggering the anti-cheat again will lead to a permanent ban.
