CURRENTLY WORKING ON V1.5
INTRO
Welcome to the BO2 Overhaul Reimagined mod! (not to be confused with JBleezy's Black Ops 2 Zombies Reimagined Mod)
Origins: During the era of World War I, a problem erose and caused a specialized meteor fit with elements. Only our 4 heroes will know what to do with it...
Nuketown Zombies: April 28th, 1960. Some C.I.A and C.D.C individuals are set to explore a testing site used for new combat, created by the same material used to create this "REIMAGINED" remanent. However, in some given time, a V1 rocket crash lands into the facility and elsewhere around the world, not only irreversibly damaging it, but changing it ironically into something much more complicated and technologically advanced.
TranZit: April 28th, 2023. Time flies fast, especially when the previous day was in the 1960's. With a few V1 "REIMAGINED" rockets releasing chemically engineered "REIMAGINED" garbage all around, our newly profound characters, Samuel Stuhlinger, Misty Briarton, Marlton Johnson, and Russman, they see only to find clues to a truth that may lie ahead.
Die Rise: February 29th, 2024. Welcome to a supposed "movie" that tends to release somewhere around the date specified, but this "nightmare" our characters live isn't such a movie at all, given it's not something they can pause or ignore. Nothing but "Keep moving", and "Complete The Tasks" will be their main motive...
Buried: At last, the end all to all. Given our characters, you'd think they'd been through enough, but that doesn't stop 'him' from attempting to stop them from stopping 'him'! In order to potentially prevent this, our characters would be moved to a rundown wild frontier town located underground, which ironically, is the most modified place in technology terms. What fate they decide for the mastermind is up to their decision, or Stuhlinger's...

| NOTICE |
Mod Actual Release Date: 2/13/2025 (link was broken so was taken down for a short time).
Mod Technical Release Date: 3/21/2025 (download link was fixed)
This mod is estimated to be around 10GB, and it replaces a HUGE amount of in-game textures and sound, with the purpose of reconstructing a different storyline, a reimage if you will.
While Zombies is the more superior mode that is modded, Multiplayer is still supported and worked on, with its own share of visual/acoustic changes (For MP, none of which brings any gameplay advantages I hope).
*QOL
So far, it's all just EE help, or more visibility on crafting materials. You know that weird looped sound that would play on Buried if you joined mid-game? I think this gets rid of that.
Due to a Plutonium update (r4516), the information in "OUTDATED INSTALLATION" means it will no longer work. The directory for 't6r' TRULY no longer allows textures to register/load. Before, even though folks said it wouldn't work, (for me at least) it still worked. This update literally disabled the use of the folder as I tried it myself and got nothin'. (No textures loaded)
Not even doing the alternative method for "OUTDATED INSTALLATION" will work since 't6r' basically isn't going to be used anymore; but at least I can see the ol' BO2 mouse cursor now
This also means the 'SOUNDED V1.5 (which this version is incorrect; I had tried to release this mod 5 months ago, but failed due to unforeseen download link issues) [RELEASE].txt
does not technically give you the right instructions anymore. Also, this mod's texture/sounds do not override server mods. For instance, if JBleezy's reimagined mod (server or client) features the upscaled bo2 perk textures, it will still show JBleezy's perk enhancement textures whether or not you have THIS mod downloaded. This also applies for sounds; If you installed this mod's sounds and then enable the Jbleezy Reimagined Mod (or any other mod), That chosen mod will override any sound playing on THIS mod.

CREDITS
You might find textures that you recognize already. For reference, I needed to download a couple of textures already made by users, simply as a "base/placeholder" when creating other personal textures in maps. For this very reason, I'll also credit the people of the textures found in this mod. To save time, I will keep these textures in the mod until I find a time to redo them all. Even when these textures are soon replaced by me, I will still credit all for the temporary usage.

You should change the name as there's already a mod called BO2 Reimagined. Bit confusing.

Didn't even notice about that, sorry, I'm working on a major hotfix that I hope to release again.
-
Mod link should be all fixed now, sorry about the past issue.
-
What am i supposed to open the file with?
-
Sorry for the 6-day late response.
I recommend using this application (7-ZIP) to open zip files for not only me but a whole lot of other folders with the extension of .7z: https://www.7-zip.org/
I would've created the file in .zip, but it passes the maximum limit of space, so .7z was my next best idea.

Sorry about the long wait for release V1.5. Initially I was going to release V1.2 but now I want to make further texture adjustments and I figured having released both a fix and an updated list was better.
edit: and yes this does explain why there isn't any 1.2, 1.3, and 1.4

Update, "BO2 Ultimate Overhaul Pack" has been renamed to "BO2 Overhaul Pack." Until I find a better name for now.
Expect the newly announced hotfix to come within the next week!
side note: it's not technically a hotfix anymore since instead of fixing the problem, I instead added a bigger sound/texture update.
