Friend unable to join zombies via Radmin AND on dedicated.

Me and a few friends have been trying to setup a BO2 zombies match. so far only 2/3 of us have managed, me and the other friend has tried the following:
- reinstalled the game
- closed steam, allowed 3074 (udp) via firewall and allowed anything pluto related via firewall
- tried radmin on both matches starting on his and my side.
- he is unable to port forward or access router settings.
- unfollowed and followed eachother
the issue in question is either Client Field Mismatch, Unable to Join game or the checkerboard issue. if i try to join via his radmin ip i just get Loading Game Session with no avail.
we are a bit stuck and i have even shared my exes incase they are corrupted on his side.

nexbo if you have client field mismatch and checkerboard issue that means the person is missing files (usually map files (usually DLC content)).

I recommend going to Windows+R, then type %localappdata%, delete the Plutonium file, and reinstall Plutonium. I've had this issue many times. Hope this helps.
