Hello does anyone know how to have players start the match with 0 ammo??

I'm trying to replicate ALL OR NOTHING gamemode. I already setup everything else on a private match however I've been messing around with the code of the match and it seems impossible to give the player 0 ammo at the beginning without changing the mode to ONE IN THE CHAMBER. However, if I change it to OIC it doesn't allow me to keep killstreaks for the specialist bonus achieved like the classic gamemode
Everything else is running fine. I got a VPS that's gonna run the server and I play tested fine I just need to figure out this gamemode
