Its annoying to play custom maps that have this bug

This needs more context. The only Jug bug that I know of is the one where the Wunderwaffe will take your Jug. If that is the bug you're talking about, Pluto already provided a fix for it with a dvar. On the console, type g_fix_tesla_bug and set it to one.
