Tbh, it happens every year that during the end of year and start of year, the player base is usually decreased. But in the months of May till September, Plutonium hits peak (T6 especially).
Modding features are at their peak at this time period but have a much less audience for now. Don't worry, summer vacations are the time

Don't get me wrong, but current state of plutonium speaks volume. It's just sad to see such a great concept to diminish after the update on consoles, fixing multiplayer issues.
Many of the admins have moved on too.
