Launcher crashes when pressing PLAY

My plutonium launcher just crashes when I press Play, I have reinstalled the game to be sure, and nothing, it happends with BO2 zomibes and Multiplayer.

you cant play on windows 7 you need to update to windows 10, windows 7 is outdated and is end of life support
