Replace Player Models for T5 zombies?

I want to know if there's any way to put your own player models over the protagonists of zombies T5, i never learned how to mod myself or even tried, and i don't know where to start modding that aspect, or if is even possible to mod.
If there's a method to replace player models, i would be glad that you can share it.
