Invalid Steam Ticket?? I own the game??

I got a new computer, so I downloaded Plutonium and Black Ops 1 again and when I set it up, it crashed, telling me there was some error with the path or whatever. The folder I selected is as specified in the setup guide, so I went here and now I'm being told "Invalid Steam Ticket"
How do I fix this? I literally own the game, and I've chosen the correct path.

you need to link your ownership of the game to your pluto account by linking your steam account to pluto. you can do that on the forums under your profile under settings Steam Games
