My Original Account was Compromised.

I am unsure where to find direct support to those in charge, can't seem to find a place to open a ticket so am writing here to potentially get someone with perms to take a look at it,
I created the account Shot on August 17, 2020 and I tried recovering the password and noticed I wasn't receiving any emails. So i just created a new account and remembered I can look at the forum to see the activity of other accounts, From the looks of it, my original account was was compromised by some cringe teenager. Although one interesting thing is that I noticed I've never gotten an email from plutonium saying my email has changed, or password was changed, or any security updates at all.
For whoever is able to help me, I can provide all relevant receipts needed to re-access or prove ownership of my original account, thank you.
