The mouse does not appear when I open BO2

When opening the game the mouse does not appear and I cannot click on anything, only the keyboard and arrow keys work, could anyone help me?

this is usually due to a conflict with an audio driver (voicemeeter does it a lot from what i hear)
try disabling ALL of your audio drivers to see if it fixes it, then re-enable them one by one to see which one may be the conflict. -
