T6ZM frame chugs after nre update

My frames are completely unplayable after the new client update. Anyone have a fix for this?
EDIT: everything is chugging, all 4 games for some odd reason.
Even after reinstalling its still lagging. This does not happen when i launch the games on steam. -

The games are completely unplayable. Please look into this. Maybe its a me thing, IDK. But if it isnt, please try troubleshooting. all of my troubleshooting has failed.
