Call of Duty Black Ops 2 Zombies Runs Low FPS
-
So when I go to multiplayer, it’s gorgeous, its crisp 300 FPS, but when I go to Zombies, its at 40 when Im looking at the environment and 300 at the sky. Is there a solution for this? Cause I really like to play both

ImKarabin Sounds like the Zombies executable is not using your dedicated graphics card rather your integrated graphics card. Check the video settings of the card's configuration software.

how do i do that

From NVIDIA Control Panel
3D Settings->Manage 3D Settings
Tab "Program apps"
you are going to want to addthe plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe as a application if you dont know where that is its here
C:\Users\your name here\AppData\Local\Plutonium\bin
Keep in mind that the AppData is a hidden folder in windows and either need to use the windows key + r for run and doing %appdata% or turn on the option to show hidden files
but then after that is doing in the settings for then now added application you want to go to
Preferred Graphics ProcessorSelect : High performance NVIDIA rocessor

Do what Frags said. Another thing you might try is disabling fullscreen optimizations for the plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe located in %localappdata%\Plutonium\bin through its properties -> compatibility tab. If you're still getting low fps, nothing we can do - get a better GPU.
