help setting up GUITAR HERO 3

so im tryna play guitar hero 3 but idk how to download it, i clicked on the link from the youtube vid, and downloaded a version of the game like it says then i downloaded "Plutonium GH3" and copied the file to the game folder like it says, i also renamed the file to that .dll thing. i tried both names and so i launched plutonium and nothing is there. idk if anyone got a vid on how to download it cause i need that

seems that the base game doesn't work, so i used a diferent one, did all the steps and even online mode worked
