Score points do not apply on my server

We set up a BO1 server and score points don't apply.
Like you'll get the ranked up notifications, but not only does it not actually unlock anything or save to your player, but I noticed in the pause menu that the "remaining xp" or whatever it is (to get to the next rank) does not change.

I followed the instructions carefully, server does say VAC secure (someone suggested it needed that), and I do not have this issue on some other servers I tested.

No mods or anything, just a basic server setup. I like to get things working before I start poking lol

I found that I accidently copied the port number into the mod field in the starter .bat file, setting it back to "" fixed the issue. Thank you for the lead.
