is This Mods/Scripts exist?

I don't know about you, but I'm very interested in playing at Third-Person mode, and the problem is that when I try to do this with the menu mod or any other code, the crosshair doesn't work.
A mod that allows you to play in a repaired third-person mode... A mod that has a crosshair...
Also AI Players for offline Zombie, it's boring.
I don't know what language the mod designers or scripts use to code, but I've become very interested in it.
My request to you is for 2 different mods:
- Third-Person Mode (with Crosshair)
- AI Players
