black screen bug?

trying to play bo1

hello! im new to this client. i reinstalled bo1 and launching it through the client. when launching the game it doesnt load and both of my monitors go black. im not able to tab out or bring up task manager, instead im having to turn my pc off by button, done it 3 times now. ive launched the game through steam and it works fine. ive also reinstalled the game twice now and still same problem. does anyone have any suggestions on how i can fix this? thanks!
