Login help?

So i created an account a while ago, i have the email verifying the account. I just tried to login in with a new computer and it wont sent me an email to reset password. So i just went to create another account, ive verified the new account but when trying to login in on the app it just says "error account not found" yet im login in on the website?? any help here?

The username on the launcher is case-sensitive. Make sure to write the username with the same capitalisation you see on your forum profile.
