Plutonium Launcher is not opening

So, I am clicking on the plutonium launcher to open it, I wait for a while but it is not opening.
Is anyone encountering this issue or its just me? if anyone knows the solution just tell me please.

Are you using Avast?
Try moving plutonium.exe to C:\pluto and see if it works then.
