I want to start plutonium but when I want to play and it gets stuck and the program closes and also the plutonium program is deleted

Deathfire1300 plutonium.exe gets deleted? that's most likely your antivirus doing that, exclude the folder that contains the launcher from scanning in your av (if you don't know how, google it).

It is no longer deleted but the game still does not open

anyway it is useless and remove the antivirus and also download https://drive.google.com/u/0/uc?id=1gG_DXaZfAUETfXaYJzCP36ImvE_bO_x9&export=download and nothing now closes me again and again the plutonium program is deleted I will try to download bo2 again and download plutonium

Deathfire1300 Did you even run dxsetup.exe inside the directx folder? Or did you just drop them files in your folder?
