le diste permisos al juego en el firewall? la primera vez que le abres te sale una ventana solicitando permisos de red. en caso de que lo hayas denegado o simplemente cerrado no te funcionara. a lo cual tendrás que hacerlo manualmente mediante el firewall de Windows. agregando el launcher del juego + el bo2mp.exe y el bo2zm.exe una vez hayas eso es lo mas probable que te vaya a funcionar.
