Bo1 and waw closes after Pressing "Play"

For the past few months, I've been having problems with these two games. It started with World at War — when I press play, the CMD window opens and then immediately closes. I started playing it through Steam since I couldn't play it through the client, but recently the same thing happened with Black Ops 1, and now I'm worried. It's the same error: I press play, the CMD window opens and then closes. What can I do?

Either antivirus or some software blocking it (overlay, driver etc)

Resxt Black ops 2 doesnt present the problem, only waw and bo1
