I can't find the game files

I have downloaded the launcher but when I try to set up the game I can't find the game files in the locations suggested. Is there a separate game file download? I have all the different .exe's in my app data but not in the steamapp folders.
Please help!!

Look where your games are downloaded, go to BO2 in your Steam library for example
right click game -> go to Manage -> Browse local files
From there you can click the top box that shows your location and copy it, and paste it when you go to locate it through Plutonium launcher -
