They don't do ban appeals. You're out of luck. You were given a 1st offense, which is 7 days, and now this is your 2nd, which is permanent.

WolflexZ brother i dont recall getting a 7day ban prior to my permanent, i think this is the first time ive been banned on plutonium can u please check logs to see if i ever did
