This error Preventing World At War from launching.

new to this so sorry if i break any of the rules.
Whenever I launch World at War on Plutonium I get this Error preventing me from playing the game on startup.
I launched the game via steam and it runs fine.
Exception Code: 0xC0000005
Exception Address: 0x00000000(Unable to upload the DMP file here)

Update: I got curious and launched Plutonium.exe as a Administrator. The game launched.
