Playing against bots with 0 ping

I've been uploading IW5 gameplays to YouTube for three or four years now. I recently rewatched one of my old videos and was flawed by how quickly my shots were registering, only to find by the gameplay's end that I was on 0 ping, rather than the ~30 ping I've been playing on recently.
And so I've spent the last hour or so browsing forums and Googling shit and asking ChatGPT what I can do to lower my ping back down to 0, and nothing has worked. I can't start my own LAN server; opening IW5 in anti-cheat mode makes no difference; and nothing I type into console will help.
What can I do? I'd kill to play with 0 ping and break my PRs and upload some killer gameplays to YouTube. There has to be a simple solution, I feel, but I can't find it.
