Guys I have una problema

I've been trying to help my friend sort out plutonium so he can play it but he keeps getting stuck on the updating part then getting an error. He tried everything and it still came up with the same problem. This is the error code he keeps getting: 8368270f01ac45ee976925119c4e6da5
Can someone explain why this is even happening because hes tried to whitelist it from windows defender and do a clean install of plutonium multiple times and still nothing works.
