Not Receiving password reset email.

I have an account, username is Dudiebug. i've issued a password reset email. i know it is the correct email address, and i've checked spam, deletec, and all mail folders. i cannot find the password reset email. it has not sent as far as i can tell.

dudiebug3 looks like you never verified your email / account when you set it up so you won't get a password reset email. Make sure when you are trying to log into that account that you put capital D "Dudiebug" not "dudiebug" and see if that was your issue. other than that, you gonna need to remember the password
