Trying to get my old account back

hello, so I had an old account and I tried to reset password to get it back but when I type username and password it says "invalid credentials" even though I'm typing the info in correct.

Ensure what you type in is correct. It is case sensitive so type it exactly as you registered it.

Gave up on it, password resets just don't work tried it a few times

zkaj what is your account name? and do you have a screenshot of the login screen with the error?
