TheCodPlayer have you even tried verifying your game files and plutonium installation before making this post. redownload the game files or verify and both plutonium and bo. i guarantee you it will work, then it's on you to transfer your configs and everything else over.

Ahrimdon yes i did reinstall plutonium and verifying game files twice even tried deleting some files so steam would reinstall them again, how can i verify plutonium itself wdym
