cannot activate competitive t5 mod

ive done all the correct steps to install competitive t5 mod but even when i launch bo1 in lan mode it wont work.

There is a mod section in fisrt menu before you go in zombies option in tv screen you gotta activate it there before going in a map

i know it is an old post but i had the same issue downloading directx 9 solved it for me
