An Error Occurred

I've been trying to re-install plutonium and everything and it's still now allowing me to launch it even.
I haven't opened it, I'm just trying to use it so I can go for high rounds with friend (co/op) and they told me to use this.

I fixed it!
you need to put IPv4 to these settings on it (like how I typed It)
1.1.1.1
8.8.8.8 -
