controller issues

DS4 picks up my controllers but in game (BO2,BO1,WAW even iw4x and others) just doesnt work .... only the mouse pad... ive uninstalled and installed ds4 and cant seem to find a fix..
was working just fine 24 hours prior btw, this is just random
