Hello everyone.
I'm having a problem with the bootstraper (cmd). I installed plutonium in the game directory. When I press PLAY, the bootstraper opens via cmd, but it takes about a minute to open before the game starts. A friend of mine did the same thing, but when he presses PLAY, the game starts after a few seconds.I'm ruling out a PC issue, as my PC is a decent one.
All Microsoft Visual C++ and NetFrameworks are installed on my PC, including Direct X updates.
What could be causing this delay in launching the game?
