Plutonium Launcher opens command prompt

When I launch Plutonium game, a command prompt opens and stays open, and if I close it the game itself closes too. How do I fix this?

It’s intended. That’s the bootstrapper terminal window as mentioned in the “How to open the console?” guide. It’s normal for it to open with the game when playing on Plutonium. There’s nothing to “fix”.
