How to disable look acceleration on controller?

Every post I've seen about this has been aired and it's really frustrating icl, I'm on an xbox controller, every game has it as far as I can tell, and it seems to be a plutonium specific issue. I know I'm not the only one dealing with this, any help would be appreciated.
