How to join Leagues?
- i was looking closely to my barracks and i noticed that i dont have a League, does anyone knows how to join or make one?

There is a league known as the CPL, which apparently specializes in Plutonium shenanigans. They're on Discord, and I'm not willing to get an account.
I was actually willing to set up a separate league on Fluxer, starting with some friendly matches and then going from there. I had it on the back of my mind for a minute or two, but never got around to it (plus, I don't really find many older CoD players on Fluxer).
