BO2 No abre

Tengo todo correcto y aún así el juego no abre, al principio me aparecía un error que según se solucionaba reinstalando el plutonium.
Este error dejó de aparecer y ahora cuando abro el juego simplemente no me aparece nada, me esta tomando casi dos horas algo que debería tomarme a lo mucho 30min.
¿Alguien sabe cómo arreglarlo? -
Me di cuenta que podía abrir el Bo zombies por alguna razón, le di a jugar y me apareció lo mismo que me aparecía antes con el Bo2.

Al final logré solucionar este problema.
Para aquellos que lleguen a tener el mismo problema solo descarguen el DirectX End-User Runtime. -
