VinnieDark i wouldn't recommend him create more accounts because it will increase the ban penalty.
Plus, he might got banned by using something that's not allowed to use on plutonium, so check the anticheat policy to see what he used to get banned.

VinnieDark plutonium doesn't do unbans... you just have to wait out the ban.
