Access denied? Run pluto as admin and add pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to your antivirus's exclusions.

Yeah antivirus basically causes that, add %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions. Here's an example if you're using defender https://streamable.com/5giauo
