Cant download plutonium

hello . i want to download plutonium. so i downloaded both piry and plutonium launcher but when i open piry it shows this
when i try to open new plutonium launcher ( which i have heard also now download plutonium ) it freezes at this point and then it automatically closes.
plz help ! ( i have windows 10 )

well i once had plutonium
but one day the launcher problem started
. it always starts to update bin32 bootsrapper like something
but when the update got completed nothing happens and when i open it again the same happens over and over again.
so i thought that i should reinstall it but now i cant
plz help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For now i am downloading this torrent file

when it will complete . i will check if it is working or not . -
oh yeah . the torrent file worked . i think my anti virus denied the win 32 bootsrapper from opening.
when i turned off the anti virus and then run the game everything seems alright.
