it sais cant run on pc something publisher software and firewall is off for it so idk pls help me just want to play zombies like the old days

Your plutonium.exe file is likely at 0 kb. You'll need to redownload that file and ensure it's not 0 kb.

We need more infos, all you did is to type off a meaningless error message from Windows. A screenshot of your folder with the file you are trying to launch would be a good start.
