Launcher Is not responding

Today I played some plutonium but then I got off for like 2 hours and after I tried loading it up and my launcher wont open. So I went to task manager to see if there is anything open but nothing, I saw what happened to my launcher, it said not responding. I read through threads and saw that you need windows 10 but the thing is, I already have windows 10. Also, before the launcher tries to load, it shows downloading files but they dont download all the way. Please help

Might be your antivirus. If its defender, just add pluto as well as %localappdata%/Plutonium to exclusions. If it's some shitty av such as McAfee, avast, avg etc uninstall them.
