jcquints That depends, if you connect to servers hosted in the USA or any country in America, I think so.
But if you are lucky and there is a hosted server near where you live, for example China, I think your ping will be normal. -

Asian players can play, yes. Your connection may be impacted though as many of the servers are hosted in the EU or US.

Nat3LimangPis0 yup im from PH too, yeah i play normaly i just found 1 server in Asia called Hazard's server was located Singapore maybe i added you will get below 105ms ping.

Remyzzz2k yeah or if you're having difficulties, just host your own server for philippines / asians and get your name out there!
