Launcher not opening anymore

I download the game yesterday and also played some matches, all fine, but today when i tried opening the launcher(plutonium.exe file) the following message appear, quickly closes and nothing else happens, neither the login/choose gamemode tab or error showed up

Try Running It As Administrator And Excluding Plutonium Related Programs To The Windows Security System Scan, Or If That Doesn't Work Go Look At The Plutonium Forums That Corresponds With Your Problem. But As A Last Resort, Re-Install Your Plutonium Related Programs (Plutonium.exe,Pluto_T6_Full_Game And Etc). Hopes That Solves Your Problem! Now Have A Good Day And Your Welcome!

@Itz_Tr1cky i've tried running it as admin and shut down windefender, no luck, i'm really hoping for a solution that doesnt involve reinstaling the game, my internet is kinda slow and downloading 13gb again would cost all my afternoon

Finally, As A Last Resort, I REPEAT, AS A LAST RESORT! Delete The Current Plutonium.exe Application And Re-Install It On The Black Ops II Installation Guide Over And Over Again. And With Each Re-Installation, Click On The Open File Link Underneath The Plutonium.exe Installation Bar. Now Heed My Words Carefully!
THIS! IS! A! LAST! RESORT! (As In ONLY DO IT IF YOU HAVE NO OTHER OPTION OR HELP FROM THE PLUTONIUM COMMUNITY AND PLUTONIUM FACULTY.

My launcher would open and crash and windows caught ransomware so this is not on my pc anymore. See if it is something like that.
