Launcher crashes after pressing play

I have read through the other threads trying to find a way and have tried everything. I have tried adding it as an exclusion and running as admin and installing all the redists in the game download folder. Any suggestions?

Im trying to add it but when i click the plutonium folder and press add, nothing adds on the list?
