What happens is that when I try to open the launcher it doesn't do anything, it doesn't show an error or anything, and I already installed everything from the redist folder and I have windows defender disabled and my operating system is windows 8, what can I do to solve it?

danielsjackson same problem? Update your OS to Windows 10 or Windows 11.
