Error when Launching Plutonium.exe

Whenever I try to open Plutonium.exe I am given "Error while downloading file bin/plutonium-bootstrapper-win32.exe". I tried to follow another post and make a shortcut to add a timeout but it still isn't working. Is it because I have a 64x?

Dss0 Hello, I tried using a new torrent application and it seems to have downloaded everything without getting stuck. I was able to get it working for a bit until it closed itself. Now it is giving me another error message. It puts me into LAN mode. Plutonium opens but when I select start for zombies it just closes everything. When I try to adjust the game path before selecting start, it doesn't show everything in my files too.
