Stuck at "Awating connection"

Whenever I try to join a server on IW5 i get stuck in the loading screen and it says "awating connection...(number counting from 1)", is this because the servers aren't updated or is there something i need to do?

Did you Refresh the servers before joining?

@Claire-Elford My connection should be fine, I have no problem playing bo2 plutonium and other games. But what can I do on my firewall?
